Professor of organisational behaviour and  strategic management at KEDGE Business School, she heads the MSc Arts & Creative Industries Management in Paris and the French Part of the Sino-French Institute of Arts & Design Management in Shanghai. She has founded in 2004 and directed till 2020 the Creative Industries & Culture expertise center. Her research covers organisational identity, behaviour and strategy of artistic and cultural organisations and creative industries in general, including museums, heritage, creative tourism, creative regions management.
