Michèle El Khoury obtained her PhD in Management Science from the University of Montpellier in 2022. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at KEDGE Business School, teaching across various programs including KBA, EBP, and IB. Her diverse teaching portfolio encompasses subjects such as Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. Building upon her doctoral research, Michèle’s current work focuses on new forms of organizations. Her primary areas of study include organizational liberation processes, shared governance models, and innovative methods for business consulting and support.
